Service Description

5Staz Delivery provides package pickup and delivery services. We generate a unique tracking number for each delivery and provide real-time status updates from order creation through delivery.

Booking & Payment

When you book a delivery, you agree to provide accurate sender and recipient information. Delivery prices are calculated based on package weight, category, and selected service type. You agree to pay the confirmed price for each delivery.

Prohibited Items

You may not send illegal, hazardous, dangerous, or restricted items through our service. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any delivery that violates these terms or applicable laws.

Delivery Obligations

We strive to deliver within estimated timeframes, but delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control. If a delivery fails, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or resolve the issue.

Proof of Delivery

Upon delivery, our driver captures the recipient's name, signature, and a delivery photo as proof of delivery. This information is stored against your tracking number.

Liability

Our liability for lost or damaged packages is limited in accordance with our Refund/Claims Policy. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delivery delays.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
